Payment Options
- To make a payment online, please use the link provided below. Alternatively, you can mail your payment to PO Box 6227, Ocean View, HI 96737, or drop it off in the secure drop box at our front gate. HOVE RMC FEES:
Annual Assessment $145.00: Members can take $10.00 credit if paid by 02/28/2025. or
Annual Assessment $155.00: Actual amount due paid by 03/31/2025
If applicable:
Late Fee $10.00: A late fee applies to balances outstanding as of 03/31/2025 (with a few days' grace period).
Repetitive Billing Fee $5.00: This fee is charged when multiple billings are sent throughout the year to cover costs such as postage, paper, and ink.
12% Finance Charge: This charge is applied to all unpaid invoices on the last day of the year.
Transfer Fee $25.00: This fee is for lots sold through escrow.
Transfer Fee $35.00: This applies to lots requiring research or private transactions.
Bank Fees $20.00: Charged for closed accounts or stopped payments.
Lien Fee $235.00: Charged for accounts liened by HOVE RMC due to non-payment.
Foreclosure Fee $350.00: Charged for accounts undergoing foreclosure by HOVE RMC, with initial fees based on attorney costs.

Special Assessment CAT 2 $590.00: Members may receive a $10.00 credit if payment is made by 02/28/2025.
Special Assessment CAT 2 $600.00: The full amount is due by 03/31/2025.
Special Assessment CAT 1 $1,190.00: Members may receive a $10.00 credit if payment is made by 02/28/2025.
Special Assessment CAT 1 $1,200.00: The full amount is due by 03/31/2025.
